From the time MCI receives your order, it goes through several checks before reaching our fulfillment departments. Once the appropriate department receives the order, additional protocols are followed and the production process begins. Another set of checks are completed before your customers’ product leaves our facility. Our department managers and customer service professionals work together to make certain your
customer receives their order correctly and in a timely and cost effective manner.
Our equipment is maintained and regularly calibrated to the manufacturer’s specifications to ensure that the products that leave our facility are accurate and of the highest quality. MCI’s specialty products follow a strict protocol before the order is fulfilled.
MCI ensures you and your customers receive accurate and timely delivery. We work with several freight and delivery companies; MCI can arrange delivery with your preferred carrier or we can find the most cost-effective delivery method and company for you.

Upon request, a Certificate of Analysis is available for most items. A Certificate of Analysis is provided free of charge and can be faxed, e-mailed or sent with any order.
